From paramedics to bakers

Our Bunbelieveable journey started with a simple love for baking and, of course, eating! As two paramedics, our demanding jobs were balanced by the joy of creating in the kitchen. It began with an attempt at apple fritters, then, inspired by our daughters, we tried cinnamon buns which initially went drastically wrong. however with some practice and some research we perfected our cinnamon buns and just like that, Bunbelieveable was born!

What makes our artisan cinnamon buns so special? Every single bun is handmade, lovingly rolled, and personally decorated with the utmost care. We pour maximum flavour and attention into each one, ensuring that from the first glance to the last bite, you experience true homemade perfection. Also being a Harlow-based bakery specialising in fresh cinnamon buns. We serve customers across Harlow and surrounding Essex areas, offering delivery, collection, and local market events which was a gap that needed filling and a sweet treat that Essex needed.🤎
